Area description

Sublime Point is one of the mountains most popular crags; it has superb sport climbing at Ben Trovato and Binary Cave, some excellent (and historic) beginner multi-pitches such as Sweet Dreams, The east face of Sublime Point, Subliminal and New World Order, has several excellent rap-in, climb out multi-pitches. The west face is a few hundred metres of cliff line with a steep approach but has everything from sheltered sport climbing caves (Binary Cave), superb face climbing (Ben Trovato), trad multi-pitches (Illiad) and beginner friendly multi-pitches (Sweet Dreams).

Access notes

Due to Sublime Point being a popular tourist lookout, parking is paid between 8am to 8pm. Please refer to signage at the carpark.

Grade contexts: Roped (Ewbank), Boulder (Heuco)

Route lengths: Lengths range from ~10 m to ~175 m. Most climbs are between ~10 m and ~35 m.
