🧭 E 🚶🏻♂️1' ⬆️ 500 m 🇬🇧 Prà is a porphyry crag located in Val di Cembra on the banks of the Avisio river. The climbing is mainly technical, focusing on dihedrals and cracks. The crag is divided into two sectors: The River Sector features longer pitches (about 33 routes ranging from 5 to 7a), with the option on some routes to continue onto a second or even third pitch. A unique feature of this sector is that it is only accessible via a Tibetan bridge (suspension bridge) that starts from the parking lot and easily crosses the river. The Roadside Sector offers shorter pitches but still provides a challenge for both beginners and experienced climbers, with 27 routes from 3 to 7a. In the summer, this spot is perfect thanks to the Avisio stream, where you can cool off or take a dip after climbing, interesting are also the closer Piramidi di Segonzano that worth a visit. 🇮🇹 Prà è una falesia di porfido situata in Val di Cembra, sulle sponde del torrente Avisio. L'arrampicata è prevalentemente tecnica, con un focus particolare su diedri e fessure. La falesia è divisa in due settori: Settore Fiume: caratterizzato da tiri più lunghi (circa 33 vie con gradi dal 5 al 7a), con la possibilità su alcune linee di proseguire su una seconda o addirittura terza lunghezza. Una particolarità unica di questo settore è che vi si accede esclusivamente tramite un ponte tibetano che parte dal parcheggio e attraversa agevolmente il fiume. Settore Strada: offre tiri più brevi ma comunque stimolanti sia per i principianti che per i climber esperti, con 27 vie dal 3 al 7a. In estate, questa località è l'ideale grazie alla presenza del torrente Avisio, dove è possibile rinfrescarsi o fare un bagno dopo la scalata. Molto interessanti sono anche le vicine Piramidi di Segonzano, che meritano sicuramente una visita.
