🧭 S 🚶🏻♂️10’ ⬆️ 250 m 🇬🇧 Belvedere, as the name suggests, is one of the most panoramic crags in Arco and its surroundings; the wall offers a spectacular view of Lake Garda. The wall offers about sixty pitches from 3 to 7b; the easiest pitches are mainly on slabby or at most vertical walls, while the slightly harder ones also tackle the overhang. The crag is mainly divided into two sectors: the left one with shorter and easier pitches suitable for people taking their first steps on the wall (suitable for families), and the right one with more demanding pitches for people who have already been climbing for some time. Below the right sector, it is possible to find a small wall with a few pitches bolted from 4a to 5b. All pitches are well-bolted with closely spaced bolts; however, the base is not always flat but still remains comfortable, except in the area to the right of the right sector which is exposed in parts. Overall, the crag offers beautiful pitches, but the high influx of climbers in recent years has made some routes quite polished, but despite this, it is worth a visit. As for the bolting, we must thank several people who over the years have contributed to creating what Belvedere is now, among them: L. Colò, M. Grasso, G. Calzà, L. Grasso, N. Resti, Stono. The crag is part of the Garda Trentino project to keep the bolting of these walls safe and preserve the beauty of these places. 🇮🇹 Belvedere come dice il nome è una delle falesie più panoramiche di Arco e dintorni, la parete offre una vista spettacolare sul lago di Garda. Il muro offre una sessantina di tiri dal 3 al 7b, i tiri più facili sono principalmente su parete appoggiata massimo verticale, mentre quelli un po’ più duri affrontano anche lo strapiombo. La falesia è suddivisa principalmente in due settori, quello di sinistra con tiri più corti e facili adatti alle persone che stanno muovendo i primi passi in parete (adatto alle famiglie) e quello di destra con tiri più impegnativi per le persone che ormai scalano già da un po’ di tempo. Sotto al settore di destra è possibile trovare un piccolo muro con un pò di tiri chiodati dal 4a al 5b. Tutti i tiri sono chiodati bene con spit vicini tra loro, tuttavia la base non è sempre pianeggiante ma resta comunque comoda a parte nella zona a destra del settore di destra che a tratti risulta esposta. Nel complesso la falesia offre tiri bellissimi ma la forte affluenza di climbers negli ultimi anni ha reso alcune vie abbastanza unte, ma nonostante ciò vale la visita. Per quanto riguarda la chiodatura bisogna ringraziare diverse persone che negli anni hanno contribuito a creare quello che ora è Belvedere, tra questi: L. Colò, M. Grasso, G. Calzà, L. Grasso, N. Resti, Stono. La falesia fa parte del progetto Garda Trentino per mantenere la chiodatura di queste pareti sicura e preservare la bellezza di questi luoghi.
