Area description

Point Perp is a mostly trad and mixed climbing destination, with some sport climbing. ⚠️ Bolt plates required; you will need to use them for top belay anchors or as protection on routes. Bring 10+.

Access notes

Access to Point Perpendicular is via the Beecroft Weapons Range, which is an active military firing range that operates during the week. In general, Point Perp is only open to the public on weekends and public holidays (excluding The Town Cliffs). Ensure that you check if Point Perp is open before arriving.

Route lengths: Lengths range from ~5 m to ~500 m. Most climbs are between ~15 m and ~30 m.
